Jouw takenpakket als Sales Administrator:

• Je beheert de mailbox en de telefoon
• Je verwerkt en beheert de retours
• Je staat in voor het opmaken van de planning voor de techniekers & chauffeurs
• Je denk proactief mee over oplossingen of vernieuwingen
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van klantengegevens
• Je ondersteunt het team waar nodig

Het ideale profiel:

• Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke rol
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands/ Frans
• Je hebt een sterke klant- en servicegerichtheid
• Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office, kennis Navision is een plus!
• Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een commerciële mindset
