Het takenpakket als Internal Sales Officer:
• Je beantwoordt de telefoon en mails
• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne collega’s
• Je staat in voor het opmaken van creditnota’s
• Je staat in nauw contact met klanten
• Je beheert diverse dossiers
• Je staat in voor het optimaliseren van de klantenservice

Het ideale profiel:
• Je hebt minstens een secundair diploma
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans
• Voorgaande ervaring in een gelijkaardige (technische) functie is een plus!
• Je hebt een klantgerichte mindset
• Je denkt proactief mee met het bedrijf
• Je bent een echte teamplayer!
