As Logistics and Internal Sales Administration, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Interpreting firm orders and forecasts from our customers in order to translate them into purchase orders for factories, taking into account manufacturing and transport lead times.
• Updating arrivals and deliveries in the forecasting system, ensuring the accuracy of forecasts and long-term customer requirements;
• Analyze and monitor stock levels, maintain our stock at an acceptable level set by management and be able to justify an increase in stock if necessary;
• Update sales prices, customer reference numbers and delivery terms;
• Publish weekly and monthly reports on forecasts and performance;
• Maintain regular contact with customers.

Ideal profile for the position in Logistics and Internal Sales Administration:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the logistics sector;
• Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French;
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability and ability to work under pressure;
• Team spirit, initiative, autonomy and proactivity;
• Good knowledge of SAP is a real plus.
