For a multinational company located in Ghent, market leader in the chemical sector, we are looking for an International Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager to play a crucial role in further setting up the Corporate Tax department and providing tax advice and support in connection with international taxes.

What are the duties of the an International Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager:

• Be a central point of contact for guidance and support to internal stakeholders on TP matters
• Implement and maintain TP policies and guidelines
• Take the lead in TP projects and TP analyses
• Implement internal controls to ensure proper application of tax/TP policies and TP documentation.
• Support the Tax Director on a strategic level in tax projects and international business transactions and corporate restructurings.
• Be involved in both (ad hoc) tax advisory and tax project work

The ideal profile as an International Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager:

• Master's degree in Economics and preferably complemented by a degree in Tax
• At least 6 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in international tax law and regulations, TP principles in various jurisdictions and this in a multinational company
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Problem solver with strong hands-on mentality
• Strong business acumen
• Speaks fluent Dutch and English, French or German is a nice extra
