Mortgage Credit Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Review mortgage applications and verify the accuracy and completeness of applicants’ financial information.
• Assess borrowers’ repayment capacity, loan purpose and proposed guarantees.
• Prepare credit files for internal review, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
• Provide initial recommendations on credit applications.
• Communicate credit decisions clearly and professionally to clients and brokers.
• Support additional credit-related activities in collaboration with senior colleagues.

About you

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field.
• You have a relevant academic background or professional experience in banking, finance or credit analysis.
• You are analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with financial information.
• You have strong organisational skills and approach your work with accuracy and care.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good command of French.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with different stakeholders.
• You are eager to learn, develop your expertise and collaborate with experienced colleagues.
• You are motivated to contribute to a dynamic, multicultural and international working environment.
