As a Corporate Customer Finance Specialist, you will contribute to the successful delivery of major investment projects by designing financing solutions tailored to clients' needs. Acting as a key partner to the sales teams, you will leverage your expertise and financial network to accelerate deal closures and secure transactions. Your Responsibilities as a Corporate Customer Finance Specialist :

Financial Structuring of Projects

• Support sales teams in structuring financing solutions for international proposals.
• Design financing solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
• Secure transactions and mitigate clients' financial risks.
• Implement appropriate guarantees, insurance policies, and risk-mitigation mechanisms.

Development of Financing Solutions

• Identify and develop innovative financing solutions.
• Structure medium- and long-term financing arrangements.
• Implement leasing, export finance, and structured finance solutions.
• Optimize sales financing while maintaining effective risk management.

Relationship Management with Financial Partners

• Develop and maintain a network of banks, financial institutions, and credit insurers.
• Negotiate the best financing conditions for client projects.
• Identify and engage new international financial partners.
• Manage ongoing relationships with key strategic financial stakeholders.

Client Support and Advisory

• Analyse clients' investment needs and financial challenges.
• Conduct financial and credit analyses.
• Advise clients on the most suitable financing solutions.
• Design bespoke financial structures tailored to specific projects.

Support for Sales Teams

• Work closely with sales teams throughout the sales process.
• Train and advise teams on financing mechanisms and solutions.

About You :

• You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• You have at least 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• You are fluent in French / English, Dutch is an asset.
• You have experience in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Export Finance, Asset Finance, or Structured Finance.
• You have worked on international transactions or complex financing structures.
• You have strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
• You have a good understanding of structured finance, bank guarantees, and credit insurance.
• You are comfortable negotiating with financial institutions.
• You possess excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
• You enjoy building professional networks and taking on commercial challenges.
• You are autonomous, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.
• You have a strong interest in Africa and emerging markets, as well as experience operating in economically, politically, and security-complex environments.
