Responsibilities

As an Investment Management Data Analyst, you will play a key role in helping clients maximize the value of innovative financial software solutions. Your main responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the London team specializing in regulatory reporting for private and alternative assets, with a particular focus on regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II and SFDR.
• Supporting financial institutions in the effective use of technological solutions and developing tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
• Monitoring European financial regulations and collaborating with software developers to implement new regulatory requirements within the software.
• Preparing and delivering client training sessions and creating clear software documentation.
• Analyzing financial data, identifying inconsistencies, and coordinating follow-up actions and corrective measures where necessary.
• Testing new software functionalities and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of solutions.
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, including occasional international travel.
• Developing specialized expertise and gradually becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in investment management data and regulatory reporting.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, preferably complemented by approximately two years of experience in data analysis, finance, or auditing.
• You have a genuine interest in financial markets and closely follow financial news. Personal investment experience is considered an asset.
• You have a basic knowledge of Python or are highly motivated to further develop your technical skills.
• You have gained relevant experience within a Big Four firm, a financial services consultancy, a bank, or an insurance company.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English.
• You are flexible, enjoy understanding complex information, and approach challenges with a critical and analytical mindset.
• You take ownership of your work, can work independently, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• You enjoy working directly with clients and are open to occasional international travel.
