Your responsibilities as Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator
As Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator, you’ll be the right hand to the senior executives, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day responsibilities. Your role will be fast-paced, varied, and critical to the company’s success.
- Provide proactive, tailored support to senior executives across a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks
- Draft and format documents, presentations, and correspondence quickly and accurately
- Coordinate complex agendas, meetings, internal and external events
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, service providers, and project partners
- Help plan and coordinate real estate-related initiatives and assist in project follow-up
- Manage company social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook) and assist in light communication tasks
- Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and improve internal processes
Your profile as Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly professional and adaptable person who can thrive in a demanding and evolving work environment.
- Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Executive Support role
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English and/or French (spoken and written)
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and autonomy
- Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- A proactive and positive mindset with the ability to handle pressure
- A genuine interest in supporting a fast-moving, people-driven business environment
