IoT Engineer

Join a leading player in the chemical industry located in the Brussels region as their IoT Engineer, tasked with enhancing the system engineering around OT engineering tasks

As an IoT Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Rolling out & enhancing and implementing the Industry 4.0 initiatives,
• Discussing the necessities of OT engineering and liaising with engineering and maintenance teams in order to roll out the implementation,
• Bringing solution partnering for all automation& OT oriented tasks,
• Working in the continuous improvement mindset around OT and digitalization tasks,
• Liaise with integration partners in order keep up with the upgrades in the automated systems

About you :

• At least 7+ years of experience in automation, with special attention to OT & Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Master’s degree in Engineering studies
• Skilled negotiator with a track record of managing supplier relationships effectively.
• Fluency in Dutch and English and French is an asset
