Your responsibilities as a Sourcing Category Manager (Mechanical Components) :

• Define and implement the long-term strategy and roadmap for the category.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities and key supplier negotiations.
• Develop strategic supplier partnerships to improve performance, innovation and cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop a team of sourcing professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive cost savings and value creation while ensuring supply continuity and sustainability objectives.

Your profile :

• You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management within an industrial environment.
• You bring at least 3 years of team leadership or people management experience.
• You have a proven track record in category strategy development and cost optimisation, with experience in mechanical components or other direct materials.
• You demonstrate strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English and can communicate professionally in French.
• You are comfortable working with procurement systems, ideally SAP MM.
