Supply & Demand Planning Coordinator

An international company active in the pharmaceutical industry and based in Diegem is looking for a Supply & Demand Planning Coordinator to join their team.

In this role as a Supply & Demand Planning Coordinator , some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing wholesalers relations and making sure that the supply of the products run smoothly,

• Ensuring the demand planning is running in line with the objectives,

• Getting in touch with the sales forecasting providers and the internal stakeholders in order to optimize the S&OP process

• Following up on invoice payments to ensure arrears are addressed promptly and complaints are properly processed

• Optimising internal processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of work execution

About you:

• You hold a Master or bachelor degree, in supply chain or business engineering
• you have excellent oral and written communicative skills in Dutch, French and English
• You use reporting tools and have an affinity with systems/data ;
• You have a Solid Supply Chain & Customer Service knowledge
• You have an excellent knowledge of GDP
• You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position
• You have experience with Power BI, SAP, especially SD, the MM module and SAP/IBP
