Business Controller

Your responsibilities as a Business Controller :

• Drive the budgeting process and support financial planning
• Monitor performance (P&L, budgets, investments) and explain key variances
• Provide financial insights and support strategic decisions
• Build KPIs and dashboards to guide business actions
• Ensure accurate reporting and audit readiness
• Collaborate with operations to identify risks and opportunities
• Act as a link between finance, accounting, and the business
• Support closings and prepare management reporting

Your profile :

• You hold a Master’s in Business, Finance or similar, or equivalent experience
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French, and English
• You have 5+ years’ experience in controlling or audit
• You master Excel and data tools, and link multiple sources with ease
• You’ve worked with ERP, reporting systems, and understand IFRS
• You’re analytical, hands-on, and business-minded
