About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will join the Interim Management Finance team and you will be responsible for developing the Flemish Brabant region You will handle the recruitment process from start to finish, being an advisor to both clients and candidates. You will work closely together with your team, sharing expertise and advice.

• Assisting other team members in all aspects of the recruitment & selection process
• Identify business opportunities by speaking with clients and candidates
• Searching, selecting and matching candidates with the right vacancies
• Building strong client relationships and developing a good understanding of the organization and their recruitment needs
• Managing open positions, including writing and posting job advertisements
• Arranging interviews, ensuring candidates are fully informed and providing regular communication and feedback
• Organizing and attending meetings with potential clients and further developing existing client relationships
• Proactively approaching new clients to expand your portfolio

Who are you?

To join us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your skills and experience should include:

• A Bachelor or a Master's degree is a must
• You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a background in Finance
• You are fluent in Dutch with excellent knowledge of English and French
• You are committed to exceed client expectations, to attract top talent and to achieve targets
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication skills
• You show strong team spirit
• You have strong negotiation skills and a highly strategic, commercial mindset
