Paralegal and Sales Support Officer

Our client, a real estate developer located in Brussels, is looking for a Paralegal and Sales Support profile. To strengthen its Legal and Commercial Operations team, the company is looking to appoint a highly organized and business-oriented Dutch speaking candidate.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of legal affairs, residential sales operations, corporate governance, and executive support, while acting as a trusted partner to senior management and key internal stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the Manager of the Legal team, the role combines high-level executive support, legal coordination, and commercial administration responsibilities.

You will interact daily with senior executives, legal counsels, project development teams, finance professionals, sales representatives, notaries, clients, and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted support partner to the Manager of the team, in the management of daily priorities, meetings, travel arrangements, and strategic follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate and monitor legal workflows, ensuring timely preparation and circulation of documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain confidential legal files, corporate records, and sensitive documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and management of real estate transaction documentation, including purchase agreements, sales agreements, powers of attorney, and notarial documentation.
  • Coordinate the entire residential sales administration process from reservation and compromise stage through to final deed execution.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between sales teams, legal advisors, notaries, purchasers, and internal departments.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the integrity of databases.
  • Produce reliable reporting and management dashboards supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Perform data quality controls and resolve inconsistencies through close coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute actively to the enhancement of legal and commercial administrative processes.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Practice, Office Management, Business Administration, Executive Assistance, or a related field.
  • A proven experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, executive assistant, corporate administration, or sales administration capacity.
  • Exposure to real estate transactions, notarial practice, project development, or corporate legal environments is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong professional proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly discreet and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems, document management platforms, and digital workflows.
  • Willing to come to the office from Monday to Friday
