Your Responsibilities as a Back Office & Project Assistant:
- Support the back-office team in client portfolio management: creating client accounts and investment instruments, maintaining up-to-date client data
- Assist the finance department: input of purchase and sales invoices, processing of financial data
- Contribute to strategic projects: process improvement, automation efforts, and the launch of new investment funds
- Perform key risk control checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Optional: support with HR or research-related tasks, depending on your interest and skillset
Your Profile as Back Office & Project Assistant:
- Master’s degree in an economic field (e.g. business economics, finance, commercial sciences)
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong interest in financial services and markets
- Proactive, accurate, and efficient in your daily work
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks in an organised manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
- Fluent in Dutch, with a strong working knowledge of English or French
- You are a team player who values collaboration and contributing to group success
