Our client, a non-profit organization, is looking for an Office Manager to support their growing team in Brussels. This role offers a dynamic mix of office management and financial coordination within an international association that promotes sustainability and policy development in maritime transport. If you're proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, this opportunity is for you.

Your Responsibilities as an Office Manager:

  • Handle day-to-day office management responsibilities, including maintaining office supplies and managing the office environment.
  • Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly handled.
  • Oversee the use and organization of meeting rooms, making sure all necessary resources are available for internal and external meetings.
  • Support various teams with administrative tasks, contributing to the overall organization and smooth running of the office.
  • Collaborate with accountants to improve overall efficiency.

Your Profile as an Office Manager:

  • Previous experience in office management, administration, or accounting is an advantage, but we are also open to candidates eager to learn and develop in these areas.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Interest or experience in finance, including cashflow management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in English and French with excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude, with the ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team.
