Executive Assistant & Office Manager
For one of our clients, a service company located in the heart of Brussels, we are looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager. As an Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will support the Management Team. You will also be responsible for the office management, acting like a central point for all support-related matters.
In this brand-new position as an Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing calendars and organizing meetings (virtual meetings, conference calls, appointments, conferences);
- Organizing business travels from A to Z (hotels, transport, restaurants, etc.) and following up on related expense notes;
- Preparing reports, presentations, meetings dossiers and correspondence with clients, officials, and other internal/external stakeholders;
- Assisting with the organisation of events (agenda, invitations, logistics);
- Ensuring a smooth running of the office: general office support (office facilities & supplies, maintenance of equipment, etc.), logistics around meetings and office activities, day to day communications, etc.
The ideal profile of the Executive Assistant & Office Manager:
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in an international work environment.
- You have an excellent level of English (both written and spoken) combined with a good command of French and/or Dutch.
- You have a very good command of the MS Office package.
- You have excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
- You are flexible, service-minded, solution-oriented and self-motivated.
- You are looking for a dynamic and challenging work environment in an international context.
