Plant Manager - Heavy Industry

Join a leading player in heavy industry as their Plant Manager - Heavy Industry tasked with indulging in various continuous improvement projects within a highly invested plant.

As a Plant Manager - Heavy Industry your responsibilities will include:

• Work together with production, maintenance, supply chain and QHSE managers in order to improve efficiency and improve production scheme ;
• Manage cost and operational excellence by making sure production meets the demand
• Liaise with the different sites in order to discuss best practices around automation, continuous improvement, health and safety ;
• Bringing innovation and change management mentality across N-1 and cascade down the vision to all levels ;
• Relate with the supply chain teams to make sure the delivery of the products are in line with the channels’ objectives ;
• Manage relationships with work councils.

About you :

• At least 10+ years of experience in plant management in heavy industry or machinery
• Master’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering
• Skilled in working in complex environments and managing work council relationships.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English
