Transformation Manager Finance

Bilingual NL/FR finance and operations transition manager (assignment of 6 months). About the company : Our client is a leading player in the supply chain industry. To support a transition phase within a big group and ensure operational continuity, they are seeking a Finance & Operations transition manager (ad interim/freelance) for a period of minimum 6 months.

The Role:

This is a critical role requiring a hands-on professional with expertise in finance and operations. The successful candidate will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth transition.

Key responsibilities include:

• Finance: from accounting to financial reporting, you will be responsible for the financial department during the transition phase.
• External Partnerships: Identify and onboard external service providers such a social secretary, external accounting practice, legal office,...
• IT Transition: Oversee the migration from the current ERP system to new one

Candidate Profile:

• A strong background in finance or controlling, with experience in managing financial systems and operational workflows.
• An affinity for IT systems and ERP transitions; prior experience with ERP platforms such as Navision or Business Central is an advantage.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in Dutch (essential) and French(essential); English is an asset.
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and adaptability to work across multiple functions.
• You are available as from mid-August
