About the Role:
As Interim Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the complete accountancy process (AZ) while leading and mentoring a talented team of professionals. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities as Interim Accounting Manager:

• Manage full-cycle accounting (Accountancy AZ) and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in accountancy management, including full-cycle accounting (AZ).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of IFRS is a strong asset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• You have strong knowledge of Dutch and English.
