Office Assistant

Your Responsibilities as an Office Assistant:
- Welcome visitors and manage front-desk duties (calls, emails, mail).
- Keep the reception and meeting areas tidy and fully equipped.
- Support office logistics: catering, room bookings, office supplies, printer & coffee machine maintenance.
- Liaise with suppliers, process invoices, and manage purchase orders.
- Act as a contact point for IT helpdesk and technical matters.
- Coordinate health & safety processes (EHS): drills, audits, maintenance, and training follow-up.
- Assist with sustainability certifications (e.g., ISO 14001) and update safety documentation yearly.
- Help implement and follow up on the company’s crisis and incident plans.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in an office or reception role.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is essential.
- Trilingual: fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Certification as a Prevention Advisor is a plus, not a must.
- You are hands-on, structured, and calm under pressure.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A client-oriented mindset and eagerness to help wherever needed.
