Your responsibilities as an Assistant Finance and Administration Manager :

  • Manage budgets and monitor project financials with clear reporting for management
  • Handle daily accounting tasks in line with Belgian and international standards
  • Coordinate tax filings, audits, and act as main contact for external advisors
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, VAT returns, and ensure timely closings
  • Improve and automate finance processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Oversee payroll, support recruitment, and assist expats with permits
  • Manage contracts and act as point of contact for insurance, legal, and compliance topics

Your profile :

  • You hold a Master’s in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • You bring 5–10 years of experience in finance or controlling
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English, a knowledge of French would be considered a strong asset
  • You have strong analytical and communication skills
  • You’re skilled in Excel and have ERP experience (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
  • You know IFRS and are proactive in problem-solving
