A leading and well-established real estate developer is looking for a Paralegal & Sales Administration Officer to join its Brussels office.

This is a unique opportunity to combine paralegal responsibilities, executive support, and sales administration within an international and dynamic environment. You will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer while collaborating with the Legal, Sales, Finance, and Development teams.

Your Responsibilities as Paralegal and Sales Administration Officer

As a Paralegal & Sales Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting both the Legal department and the residential sales administration process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer (agenda management, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, etc.)
  • Assisting the Legal team with legal documentation, powers of attorney, contracts, notarial deeds, and document management
  • Supporting corporate housekeeping and legal formalities
  • Coordinating the administrative follow-up of residential sales from the signing of the sales agreement through to the notarial deed
  • Acting as the main point of contact between internal departments, notaries, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Managing and updating sales and client information within the CRM system
  • Preparing reports, commercial figures, and management dashboards
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Supporting continuous improvements to legal and administrative processes

Your Profile as Paralegal and Sales Administration Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice, Office Management, Management Assistant, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Sales Administration role
  • Experience within real estate, a notary office, a law firm, or a corporate legal department is a strong asset
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while respecting deadlines
  • Proactive, autonomous, and service-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems and digital document management tools
