Senior Global Application Manager

A leading chemical industrial company in Liège is currently looking for Senior Global Application Manager to lead and manage their global business application portfolio.

In this role as Senior Global Application Manager, some of your responsibilities will include :

• Defining and operating the business applications landscape across all global sites
• Aligning with business stakeholders to define and plan application changes that enhance operational efficiency

• Leading the delivery of application experiences, focusing on business process automation (ERP, CRM, LMS, HRS, MES, Logistics, etc.)
• Managing software lifecycle and global application performance
• Defining service catalogues and KPIs, and ensuring service reviews with business
• Driving adoption strategies and training in collaboration with relevant departments
• Evaluating new technologies and encouraging innovation within the team

Owning the global applications budget and ensuring cost-effective operations

About you:

• You hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
• You have at least 10 years of experience in IT global applications and ERP systems
• A strong knowledge of SAP or similar global ERP systems is required
• You’re a strong communicator and skilled at working with cross-functional and international teams
• You bring a continuous improvement mindset and are capable of driving digital transformation globally
• You speak fluent French and English; Dutch is considered a strong asset
