Indirect Procurement Category Manager - Professional Services

Join a leading player in the building materials’ industry as their Indirect Procurement Category Manager - Professional Services, tasked with optimizing procurement operations across global plants

As an Indirect Procurement Category Manager - Professional Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute a unified INDIRECT procurement strategy in line with company strategy, (consultancy services including HR, IT, Finance)
• Manage procurement budget together with local buyers situated in the sites,
• Collaborate with Plant Directors and other stakeholders to make sure the categories are well worked and well defined
• Focus on cost efficiency, delivery reliability, and risk mitigation.
• Manage and centralize supplier selection, contract negotiations, and long-term partnerships strategically.
• Create a centralized procurement reporting system

About You :

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement roles within corporate services
• Master’s degree
• Deep familiarity with global suppliers and market trends.
• Skilled negotiator with a track record of managing supplier relationships effectively.
• Comfortable working within complex project-based organizations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
