Logistics Coordinator

Are you passionate about logistics and supply chain operations? Do you enjoy coordinating international flows, working with different stakeholders and improving processes? For an international and innovative company active in flexographic printing technology, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the EAMER team in Zaventem.

In this role, you will manage daily logistics operations across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, while working closely with internal teams, customers and external logistics partners. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth operations, optimizing costs and improving logistics performance.

Tasks as Logistics Coordinator:

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics flows across the EAMER region.
• Manage relationships with external transport and warehouse partners.
• Monitor SLA’s and KPI’s and follow up on logistics performance.
• Identify and resolve transport, warehouse and inventory issues.
• Work closely with the Customer Care team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and logistics projects.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate adjustments.

Profile as Logistics Coordinator:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain or similar role.
• Experience managing third-party logistics partners is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems proactively.
• Customer-oriented, hands-on and result-driven personality.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (INFOR M3 is an advantage).
