Consolidation Specialist

As a Consolidation Specialist, you will play a key role in a complex international environment! Join a leading Belgian listed company and become a key contributor to its Corporate Finance team, driving financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis in a complex international environment.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-level financial decision-making while working closely with accounting, reporting, and finance stakeholders.

Your responsibilities as Consolidation Specialist :

• Manage monthly group financial consolidation and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare quarterly and annual external financial reports for key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and financial regulations.
• Analyse portfolio changes and assess their financial impact in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Maintain and improve internal controls related to the consolidation process.
• Support financial analysis and reporting activities for Corporate Finance.

About You :

• You hold a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• You have at least 7 years of experience, including an initial experience in a Big Four firm and within a listed company.
• You have experience in consolidation within an international environment.
• You possess a solid understanding of consolidation processes and IFRS standards.
• You are familiar with ERP and consolidation tools; SAP BFC or Group Reporting is an asset.
• You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• You are analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable working with financial data.
• You thrive in collaborative environments and build strong relationships across teams.
• You are stress resistant and demonstrate resilience, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
