Senior Finance Business Partner

As Senior Finance Business Partner for Belgium, this role holds a key leadership position supporting the financial performance and strategic direction of the Belgium offices. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, the role focuses on commercial insight, management reporting, and business partnering, while working closely with local leadership, business services teams, and international Finance and Operations counterparts to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities as Senior Finance Business Partner :

Strategic leadership

• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership in Belgium
• Drive transformation, digitalization, and change initiatives
• Support implementation of strategic priorities and business plans

Financial management & governance

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis
• Support performance improvement and delivery of financial KPIs

Operational excellence

• Oversee key operational areas such as workplace services and vendors
• Support partner onboarding, exits, and lateral integration
• Contribute to business continuity, sustainability, and risk management

Business partnering & performance

• Monitor office, practice, and client performance
• Challenge existing ways of working to enhance profitability
• Partner with HR, MBD, and other teams on cross-functional initiatives

Project & stakeholder management

• Ensure effective governance and delivery of finance-driven projects
• Act as a key point of contact for strategic business development topics

About you :

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• You bring 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience
• You have strong knowledge of Belgian accounting; IFRS is an asset
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset
• You communicate fluently in English and Dutch
• You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across borders
• You lead change with confidence, integrity, and resilience
• You value accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement
