Global BIS Finance Lead

A leading global organisation in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a dynamic Interim Global BIS Finance Lead to transform finance systems, processes, and data on an international scale. The Interim Global BIS Finance Lead’s key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and enhancing global finance systems to support business growth and operational excellence across multiple geographies.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver innovative technology solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Leading large-scale projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards.
• Managing Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud and other third-party systems within a unified technology architecture.
• Partnering with business leads to set strategy, prioritise initiatives, and contribute to shared outcomes.
• Monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address strategic challenges.

The key qualifications required for this interim management job:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering Oracle-based solutions within multinational finance environments. A strong background in managing complex projects across diverse geographies is essential, along with expertise in core finance areas such as accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and reporting. Proficiency in Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud modules and familiarity with third-party systems are highly desirable. Fluency in English is required, while additional language skills are a plus.
