Your responsibilities as a Business Analyst :
- Drive commercial performance by analysing sales, pricing, costs, margins, and key business KPIs.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and profitability models that support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and optimise CRM data while improving customer segmentation and pipeline visibility.
- Analyse sales performance, quotations, conversion rates, and contract compliance.
- Build forecasting models to anticipate demand, market developments, and commercial opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify risks and growth potential.
- Present clear, actionable insights to support business strategy and performance improvements.
- Enhance digital operations by managing website content, product information, and online customer enquiries.
- Contribute to the continuous optimisation of commercial processes through data-driven recommendations.
About you :
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- You bring minimum 2 years of experience in business, commercial, or pricing analysis within manufacturing or a similar environment.
- You are highly skilled in Excel, with experience in financial modelling; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- You work confidently with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
- You enjoy turning complex data into practical business insights.
- You understand pricing strategies, profitability, and commercial performance drivers.
- You communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and naturally curious.
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service.
- You have knowledge of commodity risk management or hedging, which is considered an asset.
- Fluency in Dutch is mandatory. Knowledge of English is an asset.
