Senior FP&A Analyst

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role within the Financial Planning & Analysis team, supporting financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across Europe. Working closely with Finance and operational stakeholders, you will transform financial data into meaningful insights, helping management make informed business decisions while contributing to the optimization of financial processes and reporting.

As Senior FP&A Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, profitability, cost analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Support management reporting and provide actionable business insights.
• Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Support monthly S&OP forecasting activities and financial planning cycles.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and monitor financial performance.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure reliable reporting.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and business performance reporting.
• Support projects through financial modeling and business case analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and data-driven solutions.

About you :

• You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting.
• You have strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• You are highly proficient in Excel and financial analysis.
• You have experience with Power BI, SAP, or reporting tools; this is an advantage.
• You can translate financial data into clear business recommendations.
• You work in a structured manner and meet deadlines consistently.
• You communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• You are eager to learn and quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
• You are fluent in English; Dutch is considered a valuable asset.
