An exciting opportunity is available for a Manager Channel Performances & Reporting within the insurance sector, based in Antwerpen and Brussels. This transversal role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to strengthen distribution channel performance and support commercial ambitions through advanced reporting and analytics, in a dynamic environment driven by leadership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your responsibilities as a Manager Channel Performances & Reporting :

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams including distribution network experts, data specialists, data analysts, and reporting professionals
• Define and propose performance indicators to commercial leadership to support business ambitions; ensure the availability, monitoring, and analysis of these indicators and formulate recommendations to help achieve strategic objectives
• Design, adapt, report, and ensure accurate calculation of remuneration programs for distribution networks in compliance with legal frameworks and available budgets
• Implement new reporting technologies in close collaboration with internal experts and contribute to the digitalization of distribution processes
• Work closely with commercial, marketing, and IT teams to align performance monitoring with strategic priorities
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to strengthen the effectiveness and performance of distribution networks

About you :

• You have at least 8 years of broad experience in the insurance sector, including collaboration with different distribution channels and strong knowledge of value creation across both Life and Non-Life products
• You have proven commercial experience in the banking and/or insurance sectors, gained within a branch network or a brokerage firm.
• You have a basic understanding of project and change management methodologies
• You have proven experience in people management, with the ability to motivate teams and communicate clearly with confidence and assertiveness
• You are an inspiring leader who coaches and develops team members while fostering a positive and performance-driven environment
• You are comfortable leading and managing change, recognizing it as a key driver of business evolution.
• You are flexible to work in both Antwerpen and Brussels
• You are structured, disciplined, organized, and demonstrate assertiveness.
• You have excellent language skills in Dutch, French, and English
