Group Reporting Manager

Save job

We are looking for a seasoned Group Reporting Manager to drive manufacturing and supply chain performance management across 5 global regions for one of our clients, a company that has grown significantly through acquisitions and is now working towards greater operational standardisation. This is a senior, highly autonomous interim role — not a strategic position, but one that requires sharp analytical thinking, strong communication and organisation skills, and the ability to navigate a complex, fast-moving, and sometimes ambiguous international environment. If you're energized by bringing structure out of complexity, speak in slides rather than spreadsheets, and know how to influence without authority — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Monthly Reporting & Executive Presentation

  • Prepare and deliver concise executive presentations for the monthly meeting between the VP Global Operations and the Global CEO — synthesising what happened, what the KPIs show, and what matters most
  • Receive regional finance decks from 5 regional Finance leads and extract the 3 most relevant insights — strong synthesis and concision skills are essential
  • Track and monitor operational and supply chain KPIs across all regions

KPI Harmonisation & Data Cleanup

  • Identify inconsistencies in KPI definitions and data across regions (the company has grown by acquisition — not everything is standardised)
  • Lead the cleanup and harmonisation of KPI data and reporting files
  • Document standards through a reporting handbook — and enforce harmonisation with tact and diplomacy
  • Work closely with the BI team to improve Power BI dashboards and automate reporting where possible

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional finance teams — collecting information, answering questions and guiding towards global KPI alignment
  • Influence regional stakeholders without direct authority — knowing when to push and when to listen
  • Manage the relationship with IT when system or data blockers arise
  • Stay on top of a constantly evolving environment and anticipate changes before they become issues

Budget Cycle & Ops Excellence

  • Coordinate the 2027 budget collection process
  • Support operational excellence savings tracking across regions
  • Manage input collection from regions across multiple workstreams (procurement, sustainability, health & safety)

What We're Looking For

  • A financial professional or a Supply Chain performance manager with strong monthly reporting cycle background
  • Proven ability to synthesise complex information and deliver clear messages to top management
  • Excellent command of English — this is a fully English-speaking role
  • Experience working in a global, multi-regional environment
  • Strong Power BI skills — comfortable working with BI tools and collaborating with IT teams to improve dashboards
  • Experience in plant controlling or supply chain operations is a plus, but not essential
  • Highly autonomous — your N+1 is heavily engaged on a parallel project and will only have 30 minutes per week for a structured check-in
  • Structured problem solver — you can diagnose an issue, map the consequences, and propose pragmatic solutions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and low reactivity from stakeholders — you know how to go and find the information where it is
  • Strong organisational skills — proactive, deadline-driven, able to build retro plannings and stick to them even when deadlines shift
  • Diplomatic and tactful — you influence with conviction, not authority
  • Immediately available or within 3 weeks
