Sales Administrator (German Speaking)

For an international company active in the telecom sector and based in Zaventem, we are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the end-to-end post-quotation sales process. In this fully back-office role, you ensure that sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently from validated quotation through to invoicing. You act as a key coordination point between Sales, Operations, and Finance, making sure all data in the ERP system is correct and up to date.

Your tasks as Sales Administrator:

  • Process and manage sales orders accurately in the ERP system (Odoo)
  • Handle requests from customers and Sales Managers regarding order changes
  • Verify pricing, contracts, and commercial data for accuracy
  • Prepare order confirmations, contracts, and other administrative documents
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth order processing
  • Follow up on orders from confirmation through to invoicing
  • Resolve invoicing issues in coordination with the Finance team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM/ERP systems
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in orders, pricing, or documentation
  • Support continuous improvement of sales administration processes

The ideal profile as Sales Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or back-office support
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of administrative accuracy
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Clear and professional communication skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
  • Experience in telecom, IT, or B2B technical environments is a plus
