For a period of 3 years, she was responsible for recruiting internal staff for our Belgian offices in the role of Hiring & Talent Manager. In 2020 Audrey decided to return to the job of senior recruitment consultant, this time in the Business Support division.

Audrey: "I had just finished my Masters in Commercial Sciences and was looking for a fun and fast-paced environment with a focus on people. Four years later I became responsible for the internal recruitment of the Robert Walters offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Groot-Bijgaarden and Zaventem. More than a year ago, in the middle of the Covid crisis, I decided to go back to work as a consultant in order to focus on finding the ideal match between clients and candidates. Meanwhile, I have been promoted to Manager and I take the team under my wing.
