Your responsibilities as a Credit Analyst – Professionals :

• Analyze credit requests from SMEs, self-employed clients, and professionals in collaboration with account managers.
• Assess financial feasibility, repayment capacity, risks, and guarantees to create tailored credit proposals.
• Present credit analyses and recommendations to the relevant decision committees.
• Negotiate credit proposals with clients while working closely with account managers.
• Support and coach account managers on credit needs, applications, and decision communication.
• Monitor credit files, identify potential risks, and suggest appropriate actions.
• Contribute to process improvements and credit-related projects.

About you :

• You hold a Master’s degree in an economic field and have solid experience in credit risk management.
• You communicate clearly, combine a commercial approach with strong negotiation skills, and build trusted relationships.
• You have a critical analytical mindset and can deliver structured, concise reports.
• You understand legal and tax aspects related to credit activities.
• You are curious, proactive, and interested in digital solutions and innovation.
• You are eager to grow and develop your expertise within this role.
• You are a positive team player with an enthusiastic and collaborative mindset.
• You are fluent in French and Dutch, as you will interact with clients in both languages.
