Training Administrator

For one of our clients located in Brussels-Centre, we are looking for a Training Administrator, in charge of organising trainings for professionals and their staff. You will oversee the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium: Only Dutch will be required for this function. You will be joining a team of three. Each year, millions of individuals rely on independent professionals for guidance during important life events. Our client’s organization is a leading professional association that supports these trainings to professionals. Therefore, your role will have an important impact! Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of training sessions and workshops
  • Set up and manage courses using an online learning platform
  • Liaise with trainers, venues, and external suppliers
  • Prepare and distribute training materials to participants
  • Track attendance, handle invoicing, and manage administrative follow-up
  • Process applications related to professional accreditation and training subsidies
  • Serve as the main point of contact for participants, trainers, and partners via email and phone
  • Manage a shared inbox for training-related communication

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Initial professional experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Comfortable using standard office software and quick to learn new digital tools
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in planning and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enjoys interacting with different stakeholders and working in a team environment
  • Curious and eager to learn new skills and processes
  • Fluent in Dutch; working knowledge of French is a plus or willingness to improve
