For a group active in the Engineering and risk services sector, a confidential CEO, ad interim mandate is available in the Antwerp region.

The organisation is entering an important phase of growth, with a strong focus on commercial development, operational excellence and international expansion.

Your responsibilities as CEO, ad interim :

• Lead the organisation through a period of growth, transformation and further professionalisation.
• Define and execute the growth strategy for Belgium and France.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the organisation's presence in new markets.
• Anticipate regulatory and legislative changes.
• Take full responsibility for turnover, EBITDA, P&L and overall business performance.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and continuously optimise the organisation's offering.
• Act as a key representative of the organisation towards clients, partners and stakeholders in Belgium and France.
• Review and further develop the management and organisational structure.

Your profile :

The ideal CEO, ad interim is an experienced and commercially driven leader with a strong track record in general management and business growth.

You bring:

• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director or in a comparable senior leadership role.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial management experience.
• A clear commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with business development, market expansion and organisational change.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Affinity with Engineering, Construction or Chemical industries.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English is mandatory.
