Financial Controller

Working closely with the CFO and finance team, you will have the autonomy to contribute ideas, improve processes and support the continued growth of an international organization.

Your responsibilities as a Financial Controller :

• Oversee monthly closings, accounting quality and financial reporting.
• Analyze balance sheet and P&L figures and ensure accurate reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial processes and compliance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance analyses.
• Develop management reporting and Power BI dashboards.
• Turn financial data into clear and actionable business insights.
• Support acquisitions, business cases and other strategic projects.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, digitalization and automation.
• Contribute to ESG reporting and upcoming compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO, management and operational teams.

About you :

• You have a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• You bring minimum 3 years of relevant experience in audit, controlling, accounting or finance consulting.
• You have strong analytical skills, a critical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• You are highly proficient in Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• You speak Dutch and English at a professional level; French is a strong asset.
• You are proactive, entrepreneurial and eager to learn and develop.
• You combine a results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• You are comfortable communicating with both operational stakeholders and senior management.
• You are skilled at structuring and interpreting complex financial information.
