Your responsibilities as a Finance Business Partner :

• Acting as the financial partner for business leaders and operational stakeholders.
• Providing financial analysis and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitoring budgets, forecasts and financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Challenging and supporting business decisions through data-driven insights.
• Preparing management reports, KPIs and variance analyses.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Driving cost optimization initiatives and improving financial performance.
• Collaborating with finance and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and financial processes.
• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
• Contributing to business transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives where required.

Your profile :

• You have proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Financial Controller or in a similar finance role.
• You have strong analytical and business partnering skills.
• You have experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or related industries.
• You are able to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• You have a hands-on mindset and are able to quickly adapt to new environments.
• You have advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is considered an advantage.
• You have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
