Audrey Bostvironois

Audrey has a Master in Law from ULB and joined an international recruitment company for 14 years where she built up a strong experience in temporary and permanent recruitment. In 2015, she decided to join Robert Walters to further develop her expertise in interim management and she's managing the division now. Audrey is focusing on interim management assignments within finance.

Christophe Paquay

Christophe has a Master in Applied Economics from UAntwerpen and started his career in a big4 environment, focusing on financial audits of both local and multinational organisations. In 2018, he joined the Robert Walters finance team in Antwerp and worked his way up to Manager while further developing the business. Since 2022, Christophe also manages the interim management team in the Antwerp and East Flanders regions, focusing mainly on finance & HR interim management assignments in the commerce, service and manufacturing sectors.

Olivier van Outryve d'Ydewalle

Olivier has a Master in Commercial Sciences from EHSAL and a post Master in Economics at the College of Europe. He started his career in business federations as an Economic Advisor before joining an international bank in a sales position. He joined Robert Walters in 2004 as a Consultant in the interim management division and has since accumulated over 20 years of experience with us. Olivier is focusing on interim management assignments within finance, banking and insurance.

Robert Knieriem

Robert has a degree in Applied Economics from the Haagse Hogeschool and started his career in the aviation industry in sales and marketing and in general management. Working in interim management since 2004, he joined Robert Walters in 2011 to further strengthen our interim management activities. Robert is focusing on interim management assignments in the commerce, service and manufacturing sectors.

Marguerite Taillieu

Marguerite has a Master in Translation & Communication from Hogeschool Gent and worked 14 years in an international recruitment company in the temporary and interim management business. She then decided to join Robert Walters in 2012 to help develop our interim management activities. Marguerite is focusing on interim management assignments within operations.

Amaury Vanhoutteghem

Amaury holds a Master in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor in International Economics. After having worked in a sales role in the hotel industry, Amaury launched an event agency in 2012. Earlier this year, he joined the interim management team where his focus is on interim management assignments within operations.

Coraline Hees

Following a master’s degree in International Business, Coraline started her career as recruitment consultant at Walters People (part of the Robert Walters Group) in 2012. During 10 years, she specialized in the recruitment of financial and accounting profiles. After managing the Brussels Walters People team for 3 years, she relocated to South Africa. Back to Brussels in 2023, she joined the interim management team where she is keeping her specialization in financial profiles.

Julie Bruneau

Julie has a bachelor degree in International Trade and a certification in Business management. After having worked in the retail sector for almost 10 years , she decided to join Robert Walters to develop her skills in the consultancy sector. Mid 2022, she joined the Interim management team of Brussels, focusing on interim management assignments within human resources.

Eveline Mannaerts

After finishing her Legal studies, Eveline kicked off her career as a paralegal at KPMG Law. After 3 years, she decided to take on a role as Interim Manager and succeeded in different projects. She joined Robert Walters in 2023 as a Consultant in the Interim Management division in Antwerp, where she will focus on interim management assignments in the commerce, service and manufacturing sectors.

Sophie Wouters

Sophie has a Master in Applied Economics from UAntwerpen. She worked in a Big4 environment and developed & implemented an xMio revenue protection program within EMEA for a supply chain solutions multinational. Her background as an interim finance manager, her international expat experience and her passion for entrepreneurship made her decide to join the Robert Walters interim management team in 2022, focusing mainly on interim management assignments in commerce, service and manufacturing sectors in Antwerp.
