Interim Senior Human Resources Business Partner

A renowned Belgian industrial company is urgently looking for an Interim Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support their site in the province of Namur (approximately 90 employees). The position requires a commitment of 4 days per week until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension based on organizational needs.

As the Interim Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Roll out and adapt HQ-driven HR policies on-site, including performance reviews and talent development programs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar roles, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Actively participate in HR-related projects at the national level, contributing your expertise to broader organizational initiatives.
  • Oversee social relations on-site, maintaining constructive dialogue with employee representatives and unions.
  • Serve as a mediator in human conflicts, promoting resolution and harmony within the workforce.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to site managers on people management practices, enhancing leadership capabilities across the organization.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a seasoned professional who brings:
  • A solid track record as an HR Business Partner within heavy industry or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience managing social relations and navigating complex labor dynamics.
  • A mature and composed demeanor that inspires confidence and trust among employees and stakeholders.
  • The ability to operate autonomously with an independent status is required for this interim assignment.
