Group Operations Controller

Your responsibilities as a Group Operations Controller :

• Deliver monthly operational reports and executive-level reporting decks
• Analyze key cost drivers (production, transport, procurement) and provide actionable insights
• Strengthen CAPEX reporting accuracy
• Improve and streamline tools and reporting templates across teams
• Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain Controlling on cost evolution and transport analysis
• Act as a connector between plant controllers, operations, and Group Finance
• Support cross-functional initiatives and continuous performance improvements

About you :

• You hold a Master's in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• You bring 3–10 years’ experience in controlling, audit, or consulting, ideally internationally
• You are fluent in SAP, BI tools, and advanced Excel
• You think analytically, communicate clearly, and work proactively
