Given the stringent background checks necessary for their roles, including up to 10 years' worth of candidate references and ID verifications, candidate fallout due to lengthy recruitment processes posed a significant challenge. The client required an MSP provider capable of consistently sourcing top-calibre talent, keeping candidates engaged throughout the recruitment journey, and delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience for stakeholders and hiring managers.The solution
To address the client's needs, our dedicated discovery team designed a flexible and scalable hybrid MSP solution. Over the years, this solution has evolved to encompass consultancy supplier management while serving as the master vendor.
Within this solution, we implemented a curated MSP intake to pay delivery model, covering talent sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and coordination, and end-to-end candidate management using Beeline.
As an extension of the client's HR team, we adopt a white glove approach, ensuring that candidates and internal stakeholders consistently receive the best brand experience. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a gold supplier accreditation from the client.
