Credit Risk Analyst

Your responsibilities as a Credit Risk Analyst :

• Evaluate credit applications, assess risks, and recommend decisions for Benelux companies
• Submit proposals to credit committees and make independent decisions
• Handle diverse financing structures and collaborate across teams
• Contribute to projects and policy development
• Assess KYC-AML risks, conduct due diligence, and perform internal controls
• Identify and report operational risks, improve processes
• Implement ESG policies and screen clients on ESG criteria

About you:

• You hold a degree in economics or similar, and have 3+ years of credit risk analysis experience in the financial sector, within a B2B environment.
• You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English; French is a bonus
• You collaborate well but also take initiative and work independently
• You perform well under pressure and bring fresh ideas to improve processes
• You’re proactive, flexible, and always eager to learn
• You act with integrity and are committed to fair treatment of clients
• You’re skilled at identifying and monitoring risks and have a strong interest in economics
