A leading European manufacturer in the industrial sector is looking for a Deputy Maintenance Manager to join their team. In the Liege region, you’ll play a key role in optimizing maintenance operations and developing a strong team on site.
As Deputy Maintenance Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support and supervision to maintenance supervisors in their daily tasks
- Coordinating operations within the maintenance department (purchasing, inventories, schedules)
- Driving preventive maintenance plans and improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability
- Ensuring QHSE procedures are followed and a strong safety culture is maintained
- Contributing to team training and developing skills internally
- Playing an active role in industrial projects (new equipment, modernizations)
About you:
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Electromechanics
- You have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience in team supervision is desirable
- You are proficient in maintenance methods, QHSE, Lean, and CMMS (such as SAP)
- You are recognized for your organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and strong team spirit
