Your dynamic role:

• Contact and advise clients and candidates to discover interesting business prospects

• Become a client relationship expert and build long-term relationships by understanding the client and their unique hiring needs

• Showcase your skills as a consultant by managing positions and attracting top talent

• Strategic matchmaking: expertly match candidates with positions aligning with their skills

• Organize interviews, keep candidates informed and engaged by providing consistent communication and valuable feedback

• Develop your portfolio by proactively engaging new clients

Your profile:

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree; any sales, commercial or recruitment experience is a plus

• You enjoy diverse tasks and have a genuine interest in the world of recruitment

• You have strong communication skills in Dutch (mandatory) and are fluent in English

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy achieving targets while providing quality recruitment services
