Prothya collaborates frequently with external recruitment partners for permanent hires. When our usual recruitment partners were struggling to fill some vacancies within our engineering team, I got in touch with Jülide at Robert Walters on the recommendation of a colleague. I am in favor of open communication, and we clearly briefed Jülide on the type of profiles we were looking for and what steps our other recruitment partners had already taken in this search. Every week I had a status meeting with Jülide, where we discussed the profile of interesting candidates for the vacancies. With success, because thanks to these efforts we were able to welcome a third person to our engineering team.

What I greatly appreciate about Jülide is that she is on both sides. She listens carefully to our wishes and needs and takes them into account in her search for the most suitable candidate. But I also notice that she does the same for the professionals she meets. She only presents us with candidates who meet the job requirements and who fit into our corporate culture. Once a candidate has had an interview with us, Jülide takes the time to request feedback which she then shares with us very transparently, so we can take it into account in our decision-making process. Even after a candidate has started with us, she stays in regular contact with our new colleagues, the hiring manager and me. We see a lot of growth potential in the four candidates who have started with us through Robert Walters, and it is reassuring to know that they can rely on Jülide's guidance and support throughout their journey.
