Meet Filip

Greenyard has been working with Robert Walters for several years to recruit financial profiles. I myself have been calling on Christophe for several years when we plan to hire tax professionals. Every time we recruit through Christophe, I am amazed how well he knows this specific market. Like no other, he knows how to propose interesting profiles that also turn out to be a good match for the organization. This demonstrates that Christophe takes the necessary time to really get to know the people he approaches, to check whether there would be a good fit with the corporate culture and our colleagues at Greenyard.  

Quite recently, Christophe introduced us to an international profile we were initially unsure about. The theoretical knowledge and practical experience were there, but we had to wait and see whether that foreign experience could also be the right added value for Greenyard in Belgium. But Christophe had again assessed this very well, and the candidate turned out to be a 100% match. From day one, she took matters in hand, and she has since become an important link in our team and organization.

What I greatly appreciated in Christophe in this recruitment is his flexibility and his out-of-the-box way of thinking to successfully complete this assignment.
