Meet Julien

I have been working for the EDF group for many years, mainly in France and Italy, where the labour market is different from Belgium. When I became CFO at Luminus in June 2020, I was pleased to be introduced to the services of Robert Walters, a true business partner of our organization for many years.

During my first meeting with Olivier van Outryve, he explained exactly what interim management entails in Belgium and what added value an interim manager can bring to the finance team I lead here. Since then, I have called on an interim manager through Robert Walters several times. Whether it is a replacement assignment or a temporary project management assignment, Olivier knows exactly how to find the right candidate. He knows our organization inside out but takes the time to listen to our needs and wishes on every assignment and has never let us down.
